Your account details (name, email, business info) and the records you add: payers, jobs, time entries, the location of your phone at the moment you clock in or out or start and end a trip, mileage, expenses, invoices, payments, 1099 amounts, tax set-asides, your W-9 details and files you upload.
Only to run 1099Ledger for you: verify clock-ins, calculate mileage and totals, generate invoices and exports, and send reminders you've turned on. Uploaded files may be read by automated AI to pre-fill entries for you to review.
We read your location only when you tap Clock In/Out or Start/End Trip. We don't track you in the background.
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Your taxpayer ID is encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored as salted hashes.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising. We use service providers (Cloudflare for hosting, an email provider for messages, a payment processor for subscriptions) only to operate the service.
You can export or delete your data at any time. Email josh@lucidhomerenovations.com with any request.
